produced by Vernon Kilns for

We have never seen this pattern
before. It appears to be an
experimental design similar
in concept to the Casa California

It is intriguing that the
initials "MVH" appear on
the manually changed
backstamp. Could they
stand for May and Vieve
Hamilton? All details
shown are under the glaze.

Lunning -
"Floral Wreath" - Maxine Nelson's
name for OEM dinnerware line
produced by Vernon Kilns for
Frederik Lunning, Inc., New York;
has been seen in at least two
color combinations, shown at left:
(1) green, yellow and gray, and
(2) blue and gray

This pattern is similar to, but
slightly different than, 837.
For comparison photos that
illustrate the difference,

Mystery Casa California
Style Pattern
We have never seen this pattern
before. It appears to be an
experimental design similar
in concept to the Casa California
or Casa California Hermosa
collections of patterns.
It is intriguing that the
initials "MVH" appear on
the manually changed
backstamp. Could they
stand for May and Vieve
Hamilton? All details
shown are under the glaze.
